It is recommended that the dog be kept by the Buyer to the veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours of receiving the dog. This Agreement is made for mutual benefit and protect both parties. Moreover, the Creator want this clear that under no circumstances this will be responsible after 10 days.

The breeder is not responsible for any accident or injury, physical or internal damage after the dog is surrendered to Purchaser, and that these are not within the health guarantee.

If the new owner is not able to provide maintenance to this dog, this can be returned to the Breeder at no charge or refund the Creator.


The dog is suitable for general purpose of being a pet. While it may be able to perform other functions, no warranty as to their ability for any particular purpose.


If the dog develops one or more of the problems listed above, the Buyer has the option, with the agreement of the Creator, to:
a. Exchange the dog for another of the same quality. The Buyer must return the dog to the breeder for the warranty to be valid. The replacement will be selected by the breeder from the next litter available.
b. Return the dog, sign the land registry Cinológica Argentina Federation, on behalf of the breeder and get a refund after the dog breeder resold to another buyer for the choice of this.

The return and restitution will occur only after they have presented sufficient evidence to justify the return to the Creator and reimbursement for part of it. The Creator must agree to offer a refund. The Buyer will only receive reimbursement for the resale value of the dog.


Health Problems:

In the event of any health problems (infectious, infectious, genetic or hereditary) at no time will return money or exchange offer until the following conditions are met:
A statement from the veterinarian examiner is required to back any dog.
